Registration fee for Accompanying Guests includes: Welcome Reception. A special tourism package with information about the area, which includes optional tours and visits. The accompanying guests will also be able to register for the programmed social events. [ Top ] »» Accommodation   A wide variety of hotel accommodations will be offered, within a short distance to the Congress Centre. The prices will range from 55 € (three stars hotels) to 160 € (five stars hotels). You will be able to make your choice when you fill in the registration form. Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, upon receipt of full payment for each night’s stay. If your first choice is not available you will be assigned a room at a hotel in the same price category. Accommodation cannot be guaranteed after 31 of August 2004.
